Breath of Life
LIVE A DREAM...
Sleep without thinking and wake up without feeling.
that Christmas has arrived
And another year has passed.
Sleeping and not being able to remember,
That I won't be able to touch, hug and love,
my dear children
That that night they will be far from me.
Christmas night... night of light, joy,
Memories and desired hopes.
I know I'm going to live, smile and sing.
But my dear heart... I know you're going to cry.
But, God is so good,
That this Christmas I'm going to make one more request:
"Living no longer a dream... but going back to the past again.
Having our home again with lots of light, lots of joy,
Our trees decorated with colorful gifts.
Having our children around the table, and with them,
Let's celebrate Christmas Eve once again"
At home. London, December 1980
